A small somewhat ridable wave this a.m.: surf is in the knee to waist range w/some bigger sets. The tide is bottoming out at report time and it looks disorganized and weak w/a moderate sideshore/onshore breeze. I doubt it will get much cleaner but the incoming tide should perk things up a bit. There should be an opportunity to stick your fins in.
