EI: just as we’ll celebrate St. Patrick’s day with an Emerald Isle ice bath: the surf is solid waist range with an occasional chest high set on the high tide bars that are working. Pretty strong wind w/a lot of the westerly component in the NW wind. Probably best now with the tide and swell dropping.
