Likely, the smallest day of the week: surf is around knee range. It looks pretty weak w/the tide draining out but there are a few waves that could be deemed (somewhat) rideable. You could chalk it up to conditioning and paddle around on the incoming tide and, perhaps, snag a rogue wave (that you would shred).
