The Point: a better morning for walking the beach than for surfing: the waves are less than knee as we come up on dead low tide. The Point has a variety of interesting beach-scapes to explore: the Ocean-side; the Inlet-side; and the Intracoastal Waterway side. Each area changes on a daily basis so you will likely see something new each visit. If you’re a strictly-business surfer, you should be here this morning, on the low tide, sandbar shopping.
