Fun Factor:

Location: Emerald Isle
Size: 1-2 ft.///knee
Surface: choppy
Wind: WSW @ 6-15
High Tide: 4:34:00 PM
Low Tide: 9:56:00 AM
Water Temp: 80 °F
Sunrise: 12:00:00 AM
Sunset: 12:00:00 AM
Small, choppy waves early-on: surf is in the knee range. The small amount of potential there was out there was squashed by the steady W/SW winds that came w/the passing rain showers. the Onslow Bay Buoy is still showing about the same amount of swell as the past couple of days so you may find enough to get wet at some point during the day (but don't expect much). FROM THE CULTURE DESK: THE MOVEMENT is playing in the Outerbanks tonight; in Wilmington on Saturday night and right here in Emerald Isle, at Salt Bar, tomorrow, Friday night... Don't miss out on some serious jams right in your backyard; welcome the band to EI...HIT IT.
